Are Timbuk2 bags waterproof?
Many of our bags feature a TPU liner for high water resistance. While not fully submersible, they are designed to keep your gear dry during typical rain showers.
Do you offer a lifetime warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
Can I wash my bag in a washing machine?
We do not recommend machine washing. For best results, spot clean your bag using a damp cloth and mild detergent, then air dry away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer custom bag designs?
Absolutely. Our Custom Shop allows you to pick your colors, fabrics, and features to create a one-of-a-kind bag handmade in our San Francisco factory.
Will my laptop fit in the internal sleeve?
Each product page includes a 'Specifications' section detailing the maximum laptop dimensions supported by that specific bag model.
What is your repair policy?
If your bag is damaged due to wear and tear, we offer professional repair services for a reasonable fee to keep your gear in action and out of landfills.
